You are responsible for providing accurate and comprehensive information required for services such as business plans or website design. We are not liable for decisions or outcomes resulting from the provided services.

3. Business Plan Services

3.1 Scope of Work

Business plans are customized based on the information provided by the client. The service includes up to 3 revisions within 2 month after the delivery of the business plan. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

3.2 Delivery Timeline

We will strive to deliver business plans within the agreed timeframe. However, delivery timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the plan and the client’s responsiveness.

4. SEO, Website Design, and Marketing Services

4.1 SEO Services

Our SEO services are designed to enhance your website’s visibility. While we utilize tools such as SEMrush and the Yoast SEO plugin, we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, as they depend on various factors beyond our control. You agree to follow ethical SEO practices and avoid spam methods, which could harm campaign results.

4.2 Website Design

We provide responsive, custom website designs with content management systems (CMS). Upon final approval of the design, the client is responsible for any future changes unless a maintenance agreement is established.

4.3 Google Ads and Digital Marketing

We assist in creating and managing Google Ads campaigns. However, we do not guarantee specific returns on investment from any digital marketing efforts.

5. Payment and Refunds

5.1 Payment Terms

Payments for services are due as outlined in the agreed contract. Non-payment may result in the suspension or termination of services. Website design fees must be paid within the agreed timeframe after invoicing, and late payments will incur interest and administrative fees.

5.2 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not offered once work is completed or delivered. However, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if we fail to deliver agreed-upon services.

6. Intellectual Property
